Perhaps they were short on help for our visit, as we waited over an hour while 8-12 tables were always open. Once seated, the service was quick and friendly, and the entrees were better than average. Everything seems a bit overpriced.

Everything was really nice. This was a great spot for a date night. The food was great, I've had one of the best steaks I've had in a long time from here. Our server and I hate I forgot his name as I'm doing this days later, was great. (I want to say his name was Cody, but don't quote me) Will definitely be back as the atmosphere was electric with a mixed crowd. A really nice ambiance.

From the moment we first arrived, it was clear this place was no secret—the crowd outside said it all. Despite the packed house, we were seated within 20 minutes, and let me just say: completely worth the wait. The menu is full of tempting options, but I landed on the Caprese Chicken Pasta—and wow. Fresh, flavorful, and generously plated, it was everything I hoped for. I paired it with a strawberry lemonade that was bright, refreshing, and tasted like summer in a glass. My husband went for the Firebird Chicken Pasta—less fiery than the name suggests, but still a flavorful hit. The service was spot on. So good, in fact, that we couldn’t resist coming back for round two. On our return visit, I tried the Honey Garlic Chicken—and I’m officially obsessed. Tender, sweet-savory perfection. My husband ordered the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich and fell just as hard for it. Our friendly server (who clearly knew what they were doing) talked us into trying the Lobster Spinach Queso, and let’s just say... no regrets there. This place doesn’t miss. From the food to the service, everything hit the mark. Whether you're in the mood for comfort food with a twist or just want to treat yourself to something delicious, this spot is a must. We’ll be back—and probably sooner than we should.

Great Dining Experience! I had a wonderful experience at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered the chicken, baked potato and broccoli, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service was quick, and our server made great menu suggestions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and a relaxed vibe!

Dinner or lunch here is ALWAYS top-notch! Service is efficient and friendly. The decor has a bit of an upscale vibe and the smell of the woodsmoke coming from the open fire grilling is divine. You won't get a more tender, perfectly cooked steak! The sides, salads, and appetizers are all great. The garlic butter sirloin with charred carrots is our favorite. The deviled eggs with candied bacon are a MUST try as an app. YUM!! Their ribs are some serious fall off the bone deliciousness. They have a nice variety of salads, very fresh and filling. Their desserts are all very decadent, delicious and HUGE, enough to share between 2...or 3! The atmosphere is very comfortable and rather cozy. They have a full bar that is quite attractive and lots of nice, booth style, high-top seating. Good family place or date night place. Highly recommend!

We went here for a birthday celebration and overall the experience was top notch! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! A reservation is definitely recommended. It can be a little pricey, but the quality of the food and service makes it a nice treat for special occasions.

Tatiana and the staff at Firebirds in Fort Mill made my husband and I fourth anniversary so special. The service was excellent. The drinks were great and the food was fantastic. Thanks to everyone who helped us have a wonderful anniversary..
